National law relating to the EPC
The information brochure "National law relating to the EPC" has been revised following consultation with the contracting states of the EPC and has just been published in its 9th edition. Besides the current fee rates (situation: 1 January 1995) it contains two new tables on registration in the national patent register of transfers, licences and other rights in respect of European patents and on the extension of European patents to states which are not party to the EPC.
The brochure is available, free of charge, from the EPO Information Offices in Munich, Vienna, The Hague and Berlin.
