New fee rates
By Law No. 41/1994 of 30 December 19941 the fees for patents have been amended.
Applicants and proprietors of European patents with effect in Spain are advised that from 1 January 1995 the following rates apply:
1. Publication of translations of the claims pursuant to Article 67(3) EPC:
ESP12 410 (ESP11 610 for translations on magnetic data carrier).
2. Publication of translation of the patent specification under Article 65 EPC:
ESP 33100 plus ESP 1330 for each page of the translation in excess of the 22nd (ESP28 030 plus ESP 1065 for translation on magnetic data carrier).
3. Renewal fees:

Fee for each foreign priority: ESP 2545
5. Fee for a supplementary search (Art. 18 Royal Decree 2424/1986): ESP 13345
Updating of the information brochure "National law relating to the EPC"
The amounts of fees applicable as from 1995 have already been included in the new edition of this brochure (December 1994).
