Declaration of continuation by Turkmenistan (TM)
On 1 March 1995 Turkmenistan deposited a declaration of continuation with the Director General of WIPO the effect of which is that the PCT is applied by Turkmenistan. This means that nationals and residents of Turkmenistan may now file international applications and Turkmenistan may be designated and elected in international applications.
