Decision of the Administrative Council of 9 June 1995 dispensing with the supplementary European search report
THE ADMINISTRATIVE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN PATENT ORGANISATION,
Having regard to the European Patent Convention (hereinafter referred to as "the Convention"), and in particular Article 157, paragraph 3, thereof,
HAS DECIDED AS FOLLOWS:
Article 1
A supplementary European search report under Article 157, paragraph 2(a), of the Convention, shall not be drawn up in respect of international applications for which an international search report has been drawn up by the Spanish Patent and Trademark Office. No search fee shall be charged.
Article 2
This decision shall enter into force on the date of entry into force of an agreement concluded between the European Patent Organisation and the Spanish Patent and Trademark Office under Section III, paragraph 2, of the Protocol on Centralisation.*
