INFORMATION FROM THE EPO
Notice dated 11 August 1995 concerning revised Form 1200
EPA/EPO/OEB Form 1200 for entry into the regional phase before the EPO as designated or elected Office, and the corresponding Notes1 which have been revised, are reproduced below.
Section 11 of the revised form contains the new extension states Lithuania2 and Latvia3. In Section 7 the part relating to the filing of a translation of the priority application(s) has been removed because the new version of Rule 38(4) EPC4 does not now require this translation until later.
It is recommended that applicants use the revised form, although copies of the existing version5 may be used up.
