Decision of the Examination Board of 25 April 1995 amending Rule 9 of the Implementing provisions to the Regulation on the European qualifying examination
THE EXAMINATION BOARD,
Having regard to the Regulation on the European qualifying examination for professional representatives of 9 December 1993 (OJ EPO 1994,7), and in particular Article 7, paragraph 6, thereof,
Having regard to the Implementing provisions to the Regulation on the European qualifying examination (hereinafter referred to as "the Implementing provisions") which it adopted on 19 May 1994,
HAS DECIDED AS FOLLOWS:
Article 1
Rule 9, paragraph 2, of the Implementing provisions shall read as follows:
"The answers and marking sheets are sent to all unsuccessful candidates."
The second sentence of Rule 9, paragraph 2, is deleted.
Article 2
This decision shall enter into force on 25 April 1995.
