In the European qualifying examination which took place from 29 to 31 March 1995 the following candidate was successful:

2.1 Members of the Examination Board
In accordance with a decision of the President of the European Patent Office, Mr F. Andres (FR) has been appointed as a member of the Examination Board with effect from 1 December 1995. His term of office will end on 30 November 1998.
Mr A. van der Ent (NL) ceased to be a member of the Examination Board with effect from 1 December 1995.
2.2 Members of the Examination Committees
Upon expiry of their terms of office the Examination Board has reappointed Messrs Bleukx (BE), R. Burt (GB), J. Callewaert (BE), G. Checcacci (IT), R. Cramer (NL), J. Dohmen (NL), M. Hegner (DK), K. Hiltner (DE), P. Hubert (FR), J. Hughes (GB), D. Joerchel (CH), M. Jones (GB), R. Keller (DE), W. Kesten (DE), G. Koch (FR), B. Lamoureux (FR), K. Lederer (DE), Mrs M. Lonati-Galligani (IT), Messrs A. Petruzziello (IT), D. Roscoe (GB), H. Senftl (AT), S. Schmidt (DE), S. Smith (GB), P. Weinhold (DE) and P. Zbinden (CH) with effect from 1 November 1995 as members of an Examination Committee; their term of office will expire on 31 October 1997 except for Mr K. Lederer whose term of office will end on 31 October 1996.
The Examination Board appointed Mr A. van der Ent (NL) with effect from 1 December 1995 as a member of an Examination Committee; his term of office will end on 31 October 1997.
Messrs R. Fischer (LU), V. Habernickel (DE) and J.-J. Joly (FR) ceased to be members of an Examination Committee with effect from 31 October 1995.
