European patents (UK): English translations
The UK Patent Office has announced that it will now accept English translations of European patents (UK) before the date of mention of the grant of the patent in the European Patent Bulletin is known. The translation must be verified by the translator as corresponding to the original text. Patents Form 54/77 available from the UK Patent Office should accompany the translation and gives full details of the procedure.
