New fee rates
By Sovereign Ordinance No. 11.695 of 9 August 19951 the fees for patents have been amended.
Applicants for and proprietors of European patents with effect in Monaco are advised that from 1 September 1995 the following rates apply:
1. Renewal fees:

2. Conversion of European patent applications or patents into national patent applications or patents:
FRF 255 national filing fee,
FRF 98 priority fee for the second and any additional priority
3. Registering a transfer, licences and other rights:
FRF 98 per entry
Updating of the information brochure "National law relating to the EPC"
Users of the EPO information brochure "National law relating to the EPC" (9th edition) are asked to make the appropriate amendments to the amounts of fees shown in Tables VI, column 1, VII, column 2 and IX, column 4.
