Instructions to candidates concerning the conduct of the examination
Having regard to Article 7(2) of the Regulation on the European qualifying examination for professional representatives (REE) as worded in the text dated 9 December 1993 (OJ EPO 1994, 7), the Examination Board amends its instructions (OJ EPO 1995, 145) as follows with effect from 24 January 1996:
The text of point 5.3 shall be deleted. Points 5.4, 5.5, 5.6, 5.7, 5.8 and 5.9 become respectively 5.3, 5.4, 5.5, 5.6, 5.7 and 5.8.
