New fee rates
By Law No. 12/1995 of 28 December 19951 the fees for patents have been amended.
Applicants and proprietors of European patents with effect in Spain are advised that from 1 January 1996 the following rates apply:
1. Publication of translations of the claims pursuant to Article 67(3) EPC:
ESP 12 845 (ESP 12 015 for translations on magnetic data carrier).
2. Publication of translation of the patent specification under Article 65 EPC:
ESP 34 260 plus ESP 1 375 for each page of the translation in excess of the 22nd (ESP 29 010 plus ESP 1 100 for translation on magnetic data carrier).

6. Registering a transfer, licences and other rights:

Updating of the information brochure "National law relating to the EPC"
Users of the EPO information brochure "National law relating to the EPC" (9th edition) are asked to make the appropriate amendments to the amounts of fees shown in Tables III.B, column 2, IV, column 3, VI, column 1, VII, column 2, and IX, column 4.
