New fee rates
By Ministerial Order of 12 January 19961 the fees of the Institut national de la propriété industrielle have been amended.
Applicants and proprietors of European patents with effect in France are advised that from 1 February 1996 the following rates apply:
1. Publication of translations of the claims pursuant to Article 67(3) EPC:

2. Publication of translations of the patent specification under Article 65 EPC:
