New fee rates
With effect from 1 June 1996 the following new fee rates apply1:
1. Publication of translation of the patent specification under Article 65 EPC:
SEK 900 plus SEK 155 for each page of the translation in excess of the eighth (unchanged).
2. Filing fee in case of conversion of the European patent application under Article 137 EPC:
SEK 800 filing fee,
SEK 3 000 search fee and
SEK 100 for the 11th and each subsequent claim.

Updating of the information brochure "National law relating to the EPC"
Users of the EPO information brochure "National law relating to the EPC" (9th edition) are asked to make the appropriate amendments to the data shown in Tables VI, column 1, and VII, column 2.
