New fee rates
By Sovereign Ordinance No. 11.996 of 16 July 19961 the fees for patents have been amended.
Applicants for and proprietors of European patents with effect in Monaco are advised that from 1 September 1996 the following rates apply:

Updating of the information brochure "National law relating to the EPC"
Users of the EPO information brochure "National law relating to the EPC" (9th edition) are asked to make the appropriate amendments to the amounts of fees shown in Tables VI, column 1, VII, column 2 and IX, column 4.
