Introduction of "EPA/EPO/OEB Form" software
The EPO has developed this software to assist in preparing and printing some of its forms regularly transmitted to the Office by applicants and their representatives.
The present release contains the following forms, in the three official languages:
Form 1037 for the transmission to and acknowledgement by the EPO of subsequently filed documents relating to single or multiple applications or patents
Form 1038 Letter accompanying subsequently filed documents relating to a single application or patent
Form 1519 Request for standard search
Form 1529 Request for special report
The software runs on operating system Windows 3.1 or above. The underlying concept is the same as for the EASY software (version 1.0) which should be released soon. At a later stage, it is intended to merge the forms contained in EPA/EPO/OEB Form, and possibly others, into EASY.
