Corrigendum
In the published version of the notes to Form 1200 12.961 the section relating to the reduction of the examination fee (point III, 6.2) inadvertently does not contain the recommended text of the request for examination in Finnish. As published in the notes to the Request for Grant (Form 1001 10.96)2 the text is as follows: "Täten pyydetään hakemuksen tutkimista artiklan 94 mukaisesti."
