Important notice
With effect from 1 July 1997 the President of the European Patent Office has revised the equivalents of all the fees, costs and prices in Pounds sterling (GBP), Irish pounds (IEP), Italian Lire (ITL) and Swedish kronor (SEK). Moreover, he has laid down the equivalents of the fees amended by decision of the Administrative Council of 5 December 1996 (OJ EPO 1997, 12).
The schedule of fees, costs and prices of the EPO effective as from 1 July 1997 is set out in the Supplement to OJ EPO No. 5/1997.
