9th edition of the "European Patent Convention"
The 9th revised edition of the "European Patent Convention" will be available shortly. It contains the current texts of the Convention on the Grant of European Patents and its Implementing Regulations, the Protocol on Centralisation, the Protocol on Recognition, the Protocol on Privileges and Immunities and the Rules relating to Fees. The 9th edition encompasses all amendments to these texts hitherto decided on by the Administrative Council of the European Patent Organisation. Moreover, it encompasses an index of published decisions of the Enlarged Board of Appeal (Annex I) as well as the legal advice of the EPO in brief (Annex II).
