Entry into force of the revised text of Article 63 EPC
The 18 contracting states to the European Patent Convention have now deposited with the Government of the Federal Republic of Germany their instruments of ratification or accession in respect of the Act of 17 December 1991 revising Article 63 EPC (OJ EPO 1992, 1 ff). Pursuant to Article 4 of this Act, the revised text of Article 63 EPC entered into force on 4 July 1997.
