New fee rates
By decision No. 597/1997 of the Ministry of Trade and Industry of 18 June 19971 the patent fees in Finland have been changed.
Applicants for and proprietors of European patents with effect in Finland are advised that from 1 July 1997 the following rates apply:
1. Publication of translations of the patent specification under Article 65 EPC:
FIM 500 plus FIM 60 for each page of the translation in excess of four (unchanged)
2. Renewal fees:

Updating of the information brochure "National law relating to the EPC"
Users of the EPO information brochure "National law relating to the EPC" (10th edition) are asked to make the appropriate amendments to the amounts of fees shown in Table VI, column 1.
