Hong Kong
The Government of the People's Republic of China has informed WIPO that the designation of China in an international PCT application filed on or after 1 July 1997 shall also cover the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China. A separate notice concerning the new Hong Kong Patent Law will be published in OJ EPO 9/1997.
