Corrigendum
The notice concerning the "New patent law in Hong Kong" (OJ EPO 1997, 429) is corrected as follows1:
1. Point 1, paragraph 2, second sentence, should read "In the case of European patent applications designating the UK, this will be the date on which the bibliographic data were published in the European Patent Bulletin.".
2. Concerns German version only.
