Concurrent Search Pilot Programme of the Trilateral Offices
The Trilateral Offices (European Patent Office, Japanese Patent Office and United States Patent and Trademark Office) soon will start a new concurrent search pilot programme. Detailed information about the procedure to be observed, the limitation of the programme and sample request/petition forms, a sample set of claims for concurrent search and a sample claims correspondence table form will be available on the trilateral website
