Examination Board
1. Members of the examination committees
The Examination Board appointed with effect from 20 April 1999 K. Cornish (GB), A. Huygens (NL), G. Murnane (GB), G. R. Philpott (GB) and C. P. Pietruk (DE) as members of one of the three examination committees; their term of office will expire on 31 October 2000.
O. Münch (CH) ceased to be member of an examination committee with effect from 15 February 1999.
2. Examination results
In accordance with Article 17(2) of the Regulation on the European qualifying examination for professional representatives (REE) the following candidates were successful in the European qualifying examination 1996 and 1998 respectively:

TRELEVEN, Colin
3. Instructions to candidates for preparing their answers
Having regard to Articles 13 and 15(1) and (2) of the Regulation on the European qualifying examination for professional representatives as worded in the text dated 9 December 1993 (OJ EPO 1994, 7), the Examination Board hereby amends its instructions (OJ EPO 1999, 93) with effect from 1 June 1999 as follows:
"IV. Instructions to candidates regarding Paper C
Time: 6 hours, third day"
