Code of Professional Conduct
The Board of the Institute of Professional Representatives before the European Patent Office (epi), in view of the Decision of the European Commission on Case IV/36.147, dated 7 April 1999, which has been published in the Official Journal of the European Communities L 106, dated 23 April 1999, has decided that the Code of Professional Conduct of the Institute, in the revised version adopted by the epi Council at its 43rd meeting in Strasbourg on 3 October 1997, shall come into force on 3 May 1999. The Code of Professional Conduct shall be published in epi Information 1999/2.
The revised Code of Professional Conduct will also be published in OJ EPO 7/1999.
