EPO Publications: "Guide for applicants - part 2": PCT procedure before the EPO - "euro-PCT"
A new part 2 of the information brochure "How to get a European patent" (9th edition, updated 1997) entitled "PCT procedure before the EPO - euro-PCT" is due for publication in mid January 2000. The brochure is available, free of charge, from the EPO Information Offices in Munich, Vienna, The Hague and Berlin. It is also available on Internet.
The brochure replaces the information for PCT applicants published in OJ EPO 1992, 245, in Supplement No. 1 to OJ EPO 12/1992, in OJ EPO 1994, 131 and OJ EPO 1997, 593.
