New fee rates
By Law of 29 December 19991 the fees for patents have been amended.
Applicants for and proprietors of European patents with effect in Germany are advised that from 1 January 2000 the following rates apply:
1. Publication of translations of the claims pursuant to Article 67(3) EPC:

2. Publication of translation of the patent specification under Article 65 EPC:

Updating of the information brochure "National law relating to the EPC"
Users of the EPO information brochure "National law relating to the EPC" (11th edition) are asked to make the appropriate amendments to the amounts of fees shown in Tables III.B, columns 2 and 9, IV, column 3, VI, column 1, and IX, columns 4 and 7.
