By Order of 29 December 19991 the fee of the Institut national de la propriété industrielle for establishing a search report has been reduced to FRF 2 100 as from 1 January 2000.
Updating of the information brochure "National law relating to the EPC"
Users of the EPO information brochure "National law relating to the EPC" (11th edition) are asked to make the appropriate amendment to the amount shown in Table VII, column 2. .
