EPO pass for professional representatives
Passes ordered by professional representatives from the EPO's Building Administration as from 1 October 2000 will no longer have to be signed for at the Institute of Professional Representatives (epi) but will be posted to them direct by the EPO.
The Legal Division would remind holders that the sole purpose of these passes is to give access to EPO conference rooms for oral proceedings, and to assist EPO security staff. They confer no other benefits (canteen reduction, etc.).
Application forms* can be requested or collected from either the epi (Tal 29, D-80331 Munich) or the EPO (Building Administration, Information Office or Legal Division). The Legal Division will send the pass out by post about three weeks after receipt of the application - which should always be sent to Building Administration, as the issuing department.
