One name is to be added to the list of legally qualified external members of the Enlarged Board of Appeal (Article 160(2) EPC) published in OJ EPO 1/2001, 33 (for the corrected version see (a)).
In the French version of the composition of Technical Board of Appeal 3.2.6 one member is mentioned who is not serving on this Board in the working year 2001 (for the corrected version see (h))
