Disciplinary matters
Appointment of members of the Disciplinary Board of the European Patent Office
1. Under Article 9 of the Regulation on discipline for professional representatives (OJ EPO 1978, 91 ff), the President of the European Patent Office has reappointed the following three legally qualified members of the European Patent Office as members of the Disciplinary Board for three-year terms:
Ms Theodora Karamanli and Mr Christoph Matthies, with effect from 1 February 2001;
Mr Herman Zaaiman, with effect from 1 March 2001.
2. He has also reappointed to the Board, for three-year terms, the following three members of the Institute of Professional Representatives:
Messrs Marc Santarelli and Claude-Alain Wavre, with effect from 1 March 2001;
Mr Walter Dabringhaus, with effect from 1 May 2001.
3. The Board thus comprises six legally qualified members of the European Patent Office, namely Ms Lise Dybdahl (chairman), Ms Theodora Karamanli, Messrs Robert Cramer, Christoph Matthies, Eskil Waage and Herman Zaaiman and four members of the Institute of Professional Representatives, namely Messrs James Boff, Walter Dabringhaus, Marc Santarelli and Claude-Alain Wavre.
