Important notice concerning fees
Patent applicants and their representatives are urgently requested to adhere to the notice concerning the 1999 fee reduction (OJ EPO 1999, 405 ff) when paying fees for European, international and Euro-PCT applications. For a lengthy transitional period, the fees in force prior to 1 July 1999 may apply for applications filed up to 30 June 1999.
