Decision of the Administrative Council of 28 June 2001 amending the Rules relating to Fees
THE ADMINISTRATIVE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN PATENT ORGANISATION,
Having regard to the European Patent Convention (EPC), and in particular Article 33(2)(d) thereof,
On a proposal from the President of the European Patent Office,
Having regard to the opinion of the Budget and Finance Committee,
HAS DECIDED AS FOLLOWS:
Article 1
1. Article 2 of the Rules relating to Fees shall read as follows:
"Article 2 - Fees provided for in the Convention and in the Implementing Regulations
The fees due to be paid to the Office under Article 1 shall be as follows:

2. In Article 8, paragraph 3(b) of the Rules relating to Fees, "EUR 153" shall be replaced by "EUR 150".
Article 2
The fee amounts laid down in Article 1 of this decision shall be binding for payments as from 3 January 2002.
Article 3
This decision shall enter into force on 3 January 2002.

1 Please note that Article 2 RFees is amended by Article 2 No 1 and 2 of the Decision of the Administrative Council of 28 June 2001 amending the Implementing Regulations of the EPC and the Rules relating to Fees which replaces item 3b and inserts a new item 3c (see p. 374). A consolidated version of the Rules relating to Fees will be published in OJ EPO 10/2001.
