New fee rates
By decision No. 518/2001 of the Ministry of Trade and Industry of 13 June 20011 the patent fees in Finland have been changed.
Applicants for and proprietors of European patents with effect in Finland are advised that from 1 October 2001 the following rates apply:
1. Publication of translations of the patent specification under Article 65 EPC:
FIM 510 plus FIM 60 for each page of the translation in excess of four
2. Renewal fees:

Updating of the information brochure "National law relating to the EPC"
Users of the EPO information brochure "National law relating to the EPC" (11th edition) are asked to make the appropriate amendments to the amounts of fees shown in Tables IV, column 3, VI, column 1, VII, column 2, and IX, column 4.
