National fees in euro
In view of the introduction of the euro, the patent fees in Monaco have been laid down in the new currency.
Applicants and proprietors of European patents with effect in Monaco are advised that from 1 January 2002 the following rates apply:

Updating of the information brochure "National law relating to the EPC"
Users of the EPO information brochure "National law relating to the EPC" (11th edition) are asked to make the appropriate amendments to the amounts of fees shown in Tables VI, column 1, VII, column 2, and IX, column 4.
