1. Appointment of members of the Examination Board and examination committees
Members of the Examination Board
The term of office of F. Andres (CH) and J. Arbouw (NL) expired on 30 November 2002. They were reappointed by the President of the European Patent Office for a four-years term beginning on 1 December 2002 and expiring on 30 November 2006.
Members of the examination committees
The Examination Board appointed C. Ghioni (IT) with effect from 1 January 2003, J. D'haemer (CH) with effect from 1 February 2003 and E. Burbaud (FR) with effect from 17 February 2003 as members of one of the three examination committees; their term of office will expire on 31 October 2004.
