Information from the Enlarged Board of Appeal
Entry into force of the amendments of 28 October 2002
The amendments adopted by the Presidium on 28 October 2002 enter into force on 1 May 2003 (see Article 3 of the decision of the Presidium together with Article 2 of the decision of the Administrative Council of 12 December 2002). Pursuant to Article 2 of the decision of the Presidium, Articles 10a, 10b, 10c and 11a(1)(a) only apply to proceedings in which the notice of appeal was received by the European Patent Office after the date of the entry into force of these amendments (see OJ EPO 2003, 60).
