The information brochure "National law relating to the EPC" has been revised following consultation with the contracting states of the EPC as well as with the extension states and has just been published in its 12th edition.
The brochure is available, free of charge, from the EPO Information Offices in Munich, Vienna, The Hague and Berlin.
