Decision of the President of the European Patent Office dated 6 June 2003 revising the Office's fees and costs
Article 1
Pursuant to Article 3(1) of the Rules relating to Fees, the amount of the administrative fees and costs provided for in Rule 94(2) EPC and in the decision of the President of the European Patent Office dated 6 June 2003 on the inspection of files shall be revised as shown in the extract from the schedule of fees given below. The extract from the schedule of fees shall form part of this decision.
Article 2
The fees and costs as revised in accordance with Article 1 shall be binding on requests received at the European Patent Office on or after 18 June 2003.
Article 3
This decision shall enter into force on 18 June 2003.
