Notice from the President of the European Patent Office dated 5 September 2003 concerning the extension of time limits
On Monday, 1 September 2003, the incoming fax (and telephone) lines to the European Patent Office in Munich were largely out of order. Time limits which expired on that day are extended under Rule 85(1) EPC to 2 September 2003.
