Notice of the President of the European Patent Office dated 4 December 2003 concerning the extension of time limits according to Rule 85 EPC
1. From 1 September until 21 November 2003 there has been an interruption or dislocation in the delivery of mail in the United Kingdom within the meaning of Rule 85, paragraph 2, EPC.
2. In the case of parties having their domicile or principal place of business in the United Kingdom or who have appointed representatives having their place of business in the United Kingdom, time limits expiring in the period from 1 September 2003 until 21 November 2003 have been extended to Monday 24 November 2003 pursuant to Rule 85, paragraphs 2 and 3, EPC.
