New EPO seals
The European Patent Office will replace its official seals with the new ones shown below with effect from 1 April 2004.
Between 1 January and 31 March 2004, both the old and new-style electronic seals used in computerised processes will be valid.
A. Hand-held seals
I. Seals for general use at the four EPO sites
II. Seals for use by the boards of appeal
III. Seal for use by the Reserve Funds for Pensions and Social Security
B. Electronic seals
