New fee rates
By Order No. 987 dated 8 December 20031 some patent fees of the Danish Patent and Trademark Office have been changed.
Proprietors of European patents with effect in Denmark are advised that from 1 January 2004 the following items are affected:
1. Basic fee for publication of translations of European patent specifications: DKK 1 050
2. Basic fee for publication of amended translations of European patent specifications: DKK 1 050
The additional fee to be paid for each page of the translation (including any drawings) in excess of 35 remains unchanged: DKK 80.
Updating of the information brochure "National law relating to the EPC"
Users of the EPO information brochure "National law relating to the EPC" (12th edition) are asked to make the appropriate amendment to the amount of the fee shown in Table IV, column 3.
