New edition of the Guidelines for Examination in the European Patent Office
The Guidelines for Examination in the European Patent Office were amended by a decision of the President of the EPO dated 21 November 2003.1
The new December 2003 edition of the Guidelines incorporating all these amendments can be ordered from the European Patent Office for EUR 57 per language (including ring binder, file dividers, and postage and packing). The English version is expected to be available as of the end of February 2004. The German and French texts will follow. Orders are already being taken for all three language versions.
