Notice of the President of the European Patent Office dated 11 May 2004 concerning the extension of time limits according to Rule 85 EPC
1. From 22 March until 30 April 2004 there was an interruption or dislocation in the delivery of mail in Ireland within the meaning of Rule 85, paragraph 2, EPC.
2. In the case of parties having their domicile or principal place of business in Ireland or who have appointed representatives having their place of business in Ireland, time limits expiring in the period from 22 March 2004 to 30 April 2004 shall extend to Monday, 3 May 2004 pursuant to Rule 85, paragraphs 2 and 3, EPC.
