Disciplinary matters
Appointment of members of the Disciplinary Board of the European Patent Office
1. Under Article 9 of the Regulation on discipline for professional representatives (OJ EPO 1978, 91 ff), the President of the European Patent Office has reappointed the following legally qualified member of the European Patent Office as a member of the Disciplinary Board for a three-year term:
Mr Herman Zaaiman, with effect from 1 March 2004.
2. The President has reappointed to the Board, for a three-year term, the following members of the Institute of Professional Representatives:
Mr Marc Santarelli, with effect from 1 March 2004 and
Mr Walter Dabringhaus, with effect from 1 May 2004.
3. He has also appointed to the Board, for a three-year term, the following member of the Institute of Professional Representatives:
Mr Bo Hammer Jensen, with effect from 1 March 2004.
4. Since 1 March 2004, Mr Claude-Alain Wavre has no longer been a member of the Disciplinary Board.
5. The Board thus comprises six legally qualified members of the European Patent Office, namely Ms Lise Dybdahl (chairman), Ms Theodora Karamanli and Messrs Robert Cramer, Christoph Matthies, Eskil Waage and Herman Zaaiman and four members of the Institute of Professional Representatives, namely Messrs James Boff, Walter Dabringhaus, Bo Hammer Jensen and Marc Santarelli.
