Introductory courses for CEIPI seminars on Papers C (Opposition) and D (Legal Questions)

These introductory courses are intended principally – but not exclusively – for candidates who have taken CEIPI's basic European patent law training course. They aim to make candidates planning to attend the 2005 CEIPI seminars familiar with the requirements for Papers C and D. They are of a purely introductory nature, offering candidates suggestions to help them prepare for the exams.
The courses in general will be given in English, although all participants may use French and German. Any discussions on a one-to-one basis or in small groups will take place in English, French or German as requested.
The courses are intended only for candidates sitting Papers C and D for the first time. There will be a limited number of participants, chosen on a first come, first served basis.

Each course may be taken separately.
The fee is EUR 200 per course; courses run from 08.30 to 17.15 hrs and will include lunch with the tutors if numbers permit.
