Bank accounts of national patent offices
As a result of the accession of new member states and extension states and other recent changes it has become necessary to revise the list of bank accounts of national patent offices published in OJ EPO 2004, 459, for the payment of renewal fees and other fees concerning European patent applications and patents.
The revised table is published below. An Internet link to the updated table can be found on the EPO homepage at http://www.european-patent-office.org/legal/national/index_e.htm.
Users of the EPO information brochure "National law relating to the EPC" (12th edition) are recommended to refer to this table for current details relating to Column 2 of Table VIII (Payment of fees) until such time as the brochure is reissued.
Despite taking the utmost care in compiling this table, the EPO is unable to guarantee that all the data in the table are entirely complete and accurate.
