Decision of the President of the European Patent Office dated 22 December 2004 concerning amendment of the Schedule of fees and costs of the European Patent Office
Article 1
Under Article 3(1) of the Rules relating to Fees, the fee referred to in Rule 54 EPC and in the decision of the President dated 22 December 2004 concerning the content and form of the certificate for a European patent, and the procedure for issuing it, shall be amended as shown in the extract from the fees schedule below which is an integral part of this decision.
Article 2
This decision shall enter into force on 1 April 2005.
