New amounts of fees
The Turkish Patent Institute has informed us that the patent fees in Turkey have been changed1. Applicants for and proprietors of European patents with effect in Turkey are advised that from 1 January 2005 the following rates apply:
1. Publication of translations of the claims pursuant to Article 67(3) EPC: YTL 315
2. Publication of translations of the patent specification under Article 65 EPC: YTL 472
3. Fee for extending the period for filing the Turkish translation of the patent specification: YTL 159

Information brochure "National law relating to the EPC"
Users of the EPO information brochure "National law relating to the EPC" (12th edition) are asked to make the appropriate amendments to the amounts of fees shown in Tables III.B, columns 2 and 9, IV, columns 3 and 10, VI, column 1, VII, column 2, as well as IX, column 4.
